On April 21, 2012, our club, along with volunteers from the Midwest Chapter of the American Fence Association, began the process of replacing the fence at the Reading ball field lost during a tornado in May 2011.

The fence was donated by USD 253 and came from Lowther North and South Elementary Schools. The cement was paid for by the Reading Tornado Relief Fund. It took three Saturdays to complete this project. April 21, 29, and May 5th.
